Orders
Payments are processed immediately after you complete the checkout process. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your payment information during transmission, ensuring your data is secure. Additionally, we comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to ensure the highest level of protection for all financial transactions. Please note that your payment will be charged upon order confirmation, and all transactions are final. In the event that your payment cannot be processed, your order may be delayed or canceled. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover.
- Digital wallets: Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay.
Billing and Shipping Address Mismatch:
If the billing address entered does not match the address on file with your payment provider, your payment may be delayed or require additional verification. Please ensure both your billing and shipping information are correct.
Sales Tax and Shipping Fees:
Sales tax and shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, based on the shipping address provided. These charges will be added to the final order total.
Refund and Chargeback Policies:
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our [Refund Policy]. If you need to request a refund or address an issue with your order, please contact us before your order ships (typically within 1–2 business days).
Fraud Prevention and Security:
We employ industry-standard fraud detection measures to protect against unauthorized transactions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, you may be contacted for additional verification.
Currency and International Transactions:
All transactions are processed in [USD]. For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so any time before it has shipped. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@arielsimaginativestudio.com. If your cancellation request is received before the item has shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Damaged Orders:
We want every collector to be thrilled with their order. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@arielsimaginativestudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
In most cases, we will replace damaged collectibles at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping
Shipping Timeline:
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders received Friday evening through Sunday (Mountain Standard Time) will be processed and shipped the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume. In such cases, we’ll do our best to notify you.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates:
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after shipment, though actual delivery times may vary. Expedited USPS shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
On-Demand Items (Apparel):
Apparel and other on-demand products are fulfilled separately through Printful® and will ship directly from their facility. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order contents, and delivery location. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed prior to completing your purchase.
International Orders:
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email info@arielsimaginativestudio.com. We’ll review your request and provide a shipping quote and timeline, if fulfillment is possible.
Carrier Delays and Responsibility:
Once a package is in transit, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or service disruptions outside our control. If you experience a significant delay or issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where we can.

Collectibles
All collectibles are produced in limited quantities and are rarely restocked once sold out. This helps preserve the uniqueness of each character and keeps every release meaningful for collectors.
From time to time, a previously sold-out design may be re-released in a new variation — such as a different colorway, marking, or edition packaging — but exact duplicates will never be issued. Any potential restocks or re-releases will be announced via our newsletter or social media. We recommend subscribing if there’s a specific character or item you’re hoping to see again.
Limited Edition Collectibles
Items marked as “Limited Edition” are individually signed and numbered and will not be restocked or reissued. Once sold out, they are permanently retired. Most limited drops are produced in quantities under 100 pieces, depending on the design.
Authenticity & Re-releases
If a design is ever revisited, it will always include noticeable changes (such as color, packaging, or edition markings) to differentiate it from the original release. Some collectibles may include a Certificate of Authenticity, edition number, or other distinguishing feature to verify they are official Ariel’s Imaginative Studio™ originals.
Collectibility & Resale Disclaimer
We do not authorize third-party resellers or control prices on secondary marketplaces. For the best chance at securing a collectible at its original price, we recommend purchasing directly from our website and signing up for restock alerts. Please note that we are not responsible for collectibles purchased from unofficial sources.
Not for Toy Use
Unless otherwise stated, collectibles are designed for display or light handling and may include small or delicate parts. They are not intended for children or rough play and should not be treated as toys.

Each collectible from Ariel’s Imaginative Studio™ is created with care, originality, and quality in mind. We work with trusted production partners and suppliers to ensure our characters are brought to life using durable, display-worthy materials. Below is an overview of how our collectibles are made and fulfilled:
Apparel Collectibles
Apparel items are printed and fulfilled by Printful®, an on-demand production partner. Materials, sizing, and shipping origin may vary depending on availability and destination. Please refer to individual product descriptions for garment details. Apparel is produced only after an order is placed, and may ship separately from other items in your order.
Plushies
Our plushies are manufactured in China using crystal super-soft fabric with embroidered tricot fabric accents. Each one is designed to be huggable, expressive, and long-lasting. Plushies are intended for ages 14+ and should not be treated as toys unless otherwise stated.
Stationery Collectibles
Stationery items such as notebooks and journals are also fulfilled by Printful® and printed on-demand. As with apparel, fulfillment location and material details may vary. Check product descriptions for paper type and sizing.
Stickers, Sticker Packs & Sticker Sheets
Stickers are manufactured in the United States using durable vinyl media for a glossy, waterproof finish. They are designed to withstand water and everyday wear better than paper-based alternatives. To ensure best results, avoid applying stickers to:

Trading Pins
Enamel trading pins are manufactured in China using zinc alloy with a hard enamel finish and black nickel plating. Each pin includes an official Ariel’s Imaginative Studio™ backstamp to confirm authenticity. These pins are designed for display or gentle wear, and may contain small parts not suitable for children.
