Orders
Payments are processed immediately after the check-out process using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and comply with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
Available payment options include debit and credit card payments in the form of MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, AMEX, Google Pay, SHOP, and Pay.
If at any time before the purchased items are shipped, you decide to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. For order cancellations, refunds, and returns, please refer to the Refund Policy for more information.
Ariel's Imaginative Studio™ wants collectors to be happy, and in most cases will replace damaged collectibles free of charge. If your order arrived damaged, please send photos of the damaged collectible to info@arielsimaginativestudio.com. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more information.
Shipping
Orders received Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders received Friday through Sunday evening (Mountain Standard Time) will be shipped on Monday.
The shipping rates reflect the method in which orders are shipped and are dependent on the contents, weight, dimensions, and destination of each order. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or USPS Priority Package and are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days. On-demand items including but not limited to apparel, are fulfilled by Printful® and will be shipped separately. Additional USPS expedited shipping methods are available during the check-out process at an additional cost.
International shipping is currently unavailable via the official website. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact info@arielsimaginativestudio.com. The proper shipping method and cost will be provided.

Collectibles
All collectibles are made in limited quantities and are rarely restocked once sold out. In the future, collectibles may be restocked or re-released as limited edition collectibles.
Limited edition collectibles are numbered and will not be restocked.

Apparel collectibles are fulfilled by Printful®, an on-demand printing and fulfillment company. Materials and fulfillment origins may vary per collectible.
Plushies are manufactured within China and are created with crystal super soft fabric and feature a tricot fabric embroidery.
Stationary collectibles are fulfilled by Printful®, an on-demand printing and fulfillment company. Materials and fulfillment origins may vary per collectible.
Stickers, Sticker Packs & Sticker Sheets are manufactured within the United States and are created with vinyl media to withstand both water and everyday damage that other types of stickers can’t hold up to. Avoid applying stickers to fibrous cloth, rough grain-unpolished wood, heavy textured surfaces like stucco, low-tack plastics, or any similar surfaces.
Trading Pins are manufactured within China and are created with zinc alloy material and a black nickel, hard enamel finish. Each trading pin features an official Ariel's Imaginative Studio™ backstamp.
