Order Cancellations and Refunds
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@arielsimaginativestudio.com. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund.

Out of Stock Items: If any item in your order is out of stock, that item will be canceled, and a refund for that item will be issued automatically.

Refund Processing: Please allow 3–10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.

Final Sale: All sales are final after items have shipped, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued once an order is in transit or delivered. Please verify your order details and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
All orders are inspected for damage and accuracy before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@arielsimaginativestudio.com or submitting a contact form here.

Please include clear photos of the damaged or missing items along with your order number and contact information.

We will review each case individually and, in most instances, will provide a replacement free of charge or an alternative solution at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Ariel's Imaginative Studio™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

Sales Tax
