Thank you for supporting Ariel’s Imaginative Studio™! We aim to make every part of your experience magical — from the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked so you know exactly what to expect.

By placing an order through www.arielsimaginativestudio.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to protect both you and us, ensuring transparency and a smooth transaction.

1. Order Processing Times
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Orders placed Friday–Sunday (Mountain Standard Time) will be processed the following Monday.

Made-to-order items (e.g., apparel, stationery) are fulfilled by Printful® and may require additional processing time. These items are shipped separately from in-stock products.

Delays due to holidays, inclement weather, or carrier issues may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), using First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, or other available options.

Expedited shipping methods may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Estimates
USPS domestic delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimated, not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, please choose an expedited option or reach out before ordering.

4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Locations
United States & Territories: We currently ship to U.S. addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

International Shipping: Not currently available through the website. For special international order requests, contact us at info@arielsimaginativestudio.com.

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.

Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Out-of-Stock or Partial Orders
We strive to maintain accurate inventory. In the rare event of a stock discrepancy:

8. Shipping Insurance & Liability
All shipments are automatically insured up to the declared value by the shipping carrier.

Ariel’s Imaginative Studio™ is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at info@arielsimaginativestudio.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist where possible.

9. Delivery Delays
